Notice of Intent
The Notice of Intent (NOI) is a necessary first step in the Commerce Scholars Program application process for 2023. Deadline for submitting this NOI is February 24, 2023. Application forms will be available on-line by May 1, 2023. The full application must then be completed by May 15, 2023.
