Behavioural Insights into Business for Social Good 2024

The Peter P. Dhillon Centre for Business Ethics is hosting the 2024 Behavioural Insights into Business for Social Good conference to create a cross-disciplinary dialogue about how insights from behavioral science research and business can be harnessed in a synergistic fashion to facilitate the greater social good. The conference includes two full days of events:

  • Summit | Friday, June 14, 8:00am-12:00pm. A morning of inspiration and insight featuring industry and academic leaders at the forefront of business for social good.
  • Research in Focus | Friday, June 14, 12:00-9:00pm & Saturday, June 15, 8:00am-5:00pm. A day and a half of talks, posters, and networking sessions highlighting research at the intersection of behavioural science, business, and the social good.

Venue: Terminal City Club, 837 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 1B6

Registration: Conference registration includes admission to all sessions. Breakfast and lunch are included on both Friday and Saturday. A conference dinner is included on Friday and will be held at a local restaurant. Registration is first-come-first-served. Due to venue capacity limits, we do not expect to offer on-site registration.

If you are no longer able to attend and would like to request a refund, please send an email with your first and last names, e-mail address, and UBC e-payment confirmation ID to Kirstin Appelt at kirstin.appelt@sauder.ubc.ca. Refunds will only be granted for cancellations more than 48 hours before the event.
